By commissioning me you are agreeing to the Terms of Service.Commercial Use
- Commercial use is available for double the price of the type of commission you choose. In this case, for Vtuber models the commercial use includes the right to sell the model illustration as merchandise.I can decline your commission if:
- I am not comfortable with drawing your character.
- You do not provide neat references.
- Your behaviour is not correct.
- You do not follow the rules in general.Payment
- I accept only € EUR.
- Payment via Paypal.
- I will not start your commission/s until I receive the payment. ( Split payment avaible )Refunds
- You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after payment is received. If money has not been sent yet, you have the right to cancel the commission.
- If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted. Also you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore. Your name will be publicly posted everywhere for others to watch out.Copyright/User PolicyAs the artist, I am allowed to use the artwork to:
- Promote my art on social media and as a commission example.As the commissioner, you are allowed to:
- Use the model and design for personal use and commercial use.
- Use the model and design for vtuber activities.
- Use the model and design for creating and selling merchandise.As the commissioner, you are Not allowed to:
- Take credit for the creation of the model and the original character design (if I designed it).
- Altering the model without my knowlege of it or my consent.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the artwork will be retracted.-Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior and during the commissioning process-
